The youngest of 8 children, Sheri was born in St.Louis, Missouri and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. After the untimely and tragic death of her mother she moved to Nashville, TN where she has worked as a writer and vocal arranger with many of the music industry's Multi-Platinum producers and songwriters in Hip Hop and Rhythm & Blues. A few of them are -producer & composer Carlos "Six July" Broady -producer & writer Jack Knight -producer & writer Eric Seats -producer and engineer D-Moet ...and the list continues...
--Sheri has performed backgrounds for some of R&B's most respected vocalist/recording artist. She has spent the past 18 years touring the world as a background singer/dancer for Tamia. In 2015 she had the honor of wearing two hats on the Def Jam artist's 'Love Life' tour...being the opening performer for the tour as well as continuing in her usual role as background singer/dancer for the artist. Sheri has also toured with Brandy Norwood, Debra Cox, performed and done live recordings with Kelly Price, tracked tour background vocals with the legendary Mr. Teddy Riley, and has done demo work with Multi-Platinum writer/singer/producer Mr. Robert Kelly, to name a few. Her working relationship with Mr. Kelly landed her the opportunity to record "Havin' A Baby" on his 2007 released hit album DOUBLE UP, earning her a Platinum Plaque. Sheri has been taking notes from the best in the business. Lending her vocals to major recording Hip Hop artists over the years, Sheri also regularly worked with the Nashville native rap star Young Buck, and was featured and wrote on his independently released radio hit "My Campaign" in late 2010. Trained by her mother, the late Jessie Hauck (A Classical Pianist and Premier Jazz Vocalist with a Doctorate Degree-Music, and first to introduce Jazz Vocal Studies on a collegiate level), along with her knowledge from the music performance business she has grown into, Sheri is spreading that knowledge and love of music through vocal & performance coaching.
